One of Melbourne’s pioneers in specialty coffee, ST. ALi has found a home in the Philippines. This launch was an invitation to explore Australia’s prominent coffee culture by giving it a warm, Filipino welcome.
We aimed to create an experience with the Ceremony, an omakase as a celebration to enjoy coffee in ST. ALi's new home.

We focused on curating an experience.

Beginning with introductory kits for guests and teasers for social media that gave coffee enthusiasts a taste for what’s to come.

We gathered social tastemakers and welcomed them with the Ceremony, a sensorial omakase focusing on sight and sound, not just taste.

Did we mention we got a jeepney for the ‘gram, too?
We went minimalist for teasers on socials. Match cuts of ST. ALi against backgrounds that are unmistakably Filipino and a video of their newest storefront.
A simple message: ST. ALi has arrived.

We captured ST. ALi's new multi-level space designed to cultivate connection and creativity.

Photographs that showed Melbourne's cool and Manila's culture.
Launch day was an eventful day and it deserved a recap reel that captured it all.
The buzzing energy, a packed guestlist, a tasteful omakase, and great coffee.
Launch day wasn't the last of it. ST. ALi's introduction to the Philippine coffee scene made an essential stop on the streets of Makati. We captured every moment during their Salcedo Pop-up.

Connecting coffee to the community in a Salcedo coffee cart pop-up.
